Charter Members
- Personally attend the Solemn Ceremony of Incorporation in which he shall receive the Diploma and the Medallion.
- Attend the biennial Plenary Sessions and the Extraordinary Sessions.
- Vote to elect new Charter and Corresponding Members within 10 (ten) days of receiving the background that will be sent by the Secretariat.
- Present an original paper at the Solemn Ceremony of Incorporation or at Forums, Congresses or Seminars of the Academy or UPADI.
- Inform the Academy on any discovery, event or result of research in which he participates or has knowledge of.
- Integrate the Delegations, Chapters, divisions, sections and specialized institutions that the Academy decides to create and participate in commissions, committees and task forces.
- Pay the Initial Incorporation Fee and the annual membership fees established by the Plenary Ordinary Session during the first quarter of the year.
- Keep his curriculum vitae registered in the Academy updated and inform of any change of postal address, email address and telephone.
- Submit annually, within the first two months after the year-end an Annual Report of Activities.
Corresponding Members
- Inform the Academy of any discovery, event or result of research in which he participates or has knowledge of.
- Pay the Initial Incorporation Fee and the annual membership fees established by the Plenary Ordinary Session during the first quarter of the year.
- Keep his curriculum vitae registered in the Academy updated and inform of any change of postal address, email address and telephone.
Honorary Members
They have the same rights as the Charter Members except for the right to vote and be part of the Board of Directors.
They are not obliged to pay Membership Fees or contributions of any kind.
Emeritus Members
They have all the rights of the Charter Members. They are not obliged to pay Membership Fees unless they accept to form part of the Board of Directors, the Election Committee or the Delegations and Chapters of the Academy. If they accept these responsibilities, they must also participate in their meetings.
