To acknowledge relevant contributions made towards the progress of the profession and technological development by distinguished personalities in engineering in the countries of America incorporating them as Members. To cooperate and interact with other Academies, with UPADI and the Federations of Engineers that form it, Universities and Research Centers in the identification and search of solutions to problems in which engineering can contribute to the development of the countries of America . To study and evaluate advances in knowledge, in engineering and technology and diffuse the achievements and results of the work of engineers for the benefit of humanity. To create awareness among engineers about the need to maintain a continuous process of professional improvement and high ethical norms and motivate them to constantly search for excellence To organize, promote or sponsor with UPADI, with other engineering organizations, or with scientific, technical and educational institutions technical meetings, congresses and seminars to analyze subjects that require concrete and update solutions
