Mr. Cooper
Salmon is currently Treasurer of the International Council of Academies of
Engineering and Technological Sciences, Inc., CAETS. Formerly, Executive Officer at US National
Academy of Engineering, 1986-2000; Counselor for Science and Technology, US
Embassy at Paris (1974-1978); Senior Advisor for Science and Technology (1978-1986). Treasurer,
American Association of Engineering Societies (AAES). National Member, WFEO Council
(2007-2011). Member of the American
Society of Mechanical Engineers and the National Society of Professional
Engineers.
