He is currently Private Practice Specialist Consultant. Has been engaged in different projects dealing with Hydraulic Design; Nuclear Power Plant; Flood Control and Drainage.
Founder of the Anti-Corruption Education and Training (ACET) program for engineers and students named Ethicana, distributing it free of charge to 3,000 firms, agencies and colleges around the world.
Has written “Dissecting Megaprojects One Bite at a Time”, Chapter on Maintaining Ethical Standards in Megaprojects; and several articles in magazines and newsletters.
Member of the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers. President Emeritus, American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) 2005; Past Chair, American Association of Engineering Societies, 2006; Member, World Federation of Engineering Organizations Anti-Corruption Committee; Co-Chair, Asian Civil Engineering Coordinating Council Anti-Corruption Committee.
