B.S. in Civil Engineering, University of the Pacific, California, 1980.

 

Program Manager for Chevron in energy industry. Implementation a cost effective improvement program aligned with the Corporate strategy to leverage technology, so that office and laboratory space capability and flexibility are optimized, and work place amenities enhanced which results in a world class Richmond Technology Center.

 

Mr. Grossman has more than 30 years of leadership experience in development, design, construction, consulting and operational aspects of industrial and commercial projects. Areas of expertise include: gas turbine combined cycle power plants under California Energy Commissioning jurisdiction, wastewater treatment, universities, refineries, food processing, electric and gas transmission.

 

President for the National Society of Professional Engineers; Member of the California Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, and of the Board of Directors of Junior Engineering Technical Society (JETS).

 

He is a recipient of the CSPE President’s Award and the CSPE Outstanding Leadership Award.  In 2004 Mr. Grossman was named a Fellow member of NSPE in recognition of his many contributions to the Society and the engineering profession
