DARREL DANYLUK
Mr. Danyluk began his career with Reid Crowther, a large international engineering consulting company. He quickly advanced from the position of project engineer to the company’s chief operating officer and chairman of the board. In 2001, he joined the department of civil engineering at the University of Calgary as a Distinguished Industrial Visitor and has become the first executive director of the Calgary Centre for Innovative Technology.
Mr. Danyluk, is President of the Canadian Council of
Professional Engineers. He is also a
member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and
Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA), where he served as President of the Executive
Committee. During his presidency, he initiated mutual recognition discussions
to facilitate the mobility of engineers across North America.
